1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Talk To AI App (the “App”), a voice-to-text, text-to-text, and text-to-voice conversational AI Software. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• “AI Services” means any internal or external services used by the App for voice-to-text, text-to-text, and text-to-voice functionality.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information, including any login credentials or passwords.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

4. AI SERVICES

• The App uses both internal and external services for voice-to-text, text-to-text, and text-to-voice functionality.
• The App may collect data from you to improve the AI Services, including but not limited to, speech patterns, language usage, and user behavior.
• The App may use third-party services for AI Services, which may include but are not limited to, cloud storage, NLP, and speech recognition.
• The App may modify or discontinue any AI Services at its discretion.

5. CONTENT

• You are responsible for all Content provided to the App or generated through your use of the App.
• The App may store, process, and transmit Content for AI Services.
• You grant the App a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute Content for AI Services.
• You agree that the App may modify or delete any Content at its discretion.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The App and all AI Services are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
• You agree that the App owns all rights in and to the AI Services and any Content generated through your use of the App.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The App is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the AI Services.
• The App is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.
• The App’s liability for any damages or losses is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to use the App.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App, its developers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. TERMINATION

• The App may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability.
• You agree that the App may modify or discontinue any AI Services at its discretion.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

• The App may modify or update this Agreement at any time, without notice or liability.
• Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Agreement will be deemed acceptance of such changes.

By using the Talk To AI App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, please do not use the App.
